SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping all orders is on Nishmitjewels, all orders are shipped within 5 -7 working days. In case of delay the client will be informed through email/call/message. Orders can be cancelled on our discretion.

 

MATERIAL USED

Material used is pure German silver with anti-tarnish gold plating, no lead/nickel is used in our jewellery. However, if you have a history of allergy/reaction even to real/semi-precious jewellery then please avoid buying Jewellery.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return/Refund is not a policy, in case product received by you is damaged or different from the one you have ordered then we will happily change it for you. Refund only in case we do not have the piece you ordered and if we fail to provide you a substitute. In case of damage of the product in long term use the store would be happy to repair it for you, the shipping charges would be borne by the customer for the same. In case we don’t have the piece, you ordered in stock we are more than happy to offer you substitute of the same or higher price.
